The apartments are pleasantly situated on a hillside overlooking a small bay, only 50 m from the beach and around 1.5 km outside of the tourist centre of Cala d´Or. An abundance of shops, restaurants and cosy bars are all located within 200 m. The airport is around 65 km away.

Laid out in a Mediterranean coast style, the complex is composed of several buildings, which are separated from one another by areas of greenery as well as front gardens and some of which are separated from one another by the access roads. The main building houses a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, safe, currency exchange service, lounges, TV room, bar, café and an air-conditioned restaurant with separate areas for smokers and non-smokers and an outdoor terrace. In addition, a supermarket, a playground and a mini club for children between 4-14 years old are also available.
